< Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions are the rights of cyber malls and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by Luca Corporation Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "mall") operated by Luca Corporation Co., Ltd.The purpose is to define obligations and responsibilities.※ These terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc. unless it is contrary to its nature.조 Article 2 (Definition) " "Mall" means a virtual business establishment established by Luca Corporation to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users by using information and communication facilities such as computers.② The term "user" means members and non-members who access "mall" and receive services provided by "mall" under these terms and conditions.③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member of the "mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "mall".④ The term 'non-member' refers to a person who does not join the membership and uses the service provided by the mall.Article 3 (Explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.) (1) "Mall" shall include the details of these terms and conditions, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address of the place where consumers can handle complaints), and the telephone number.Post the copy transmission number, e-mail address, business registration number, communication sales business report number, personal information protection manager, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of Luca Corporation Cyber Mall. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.② "Withdrawal of subscription from among the contents stipulated in the terms and conditions before the user agrees to the terms and conditions.A separate connection screen or pop-up screen, etc. shall be provided so that users can understand important details such as delivery responsibility and refund conditions, etc. to obtain confirmation from users.③ "Mall" may be amended to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signatures Act, the Information Network Use Promotion, Information Protection Act, etc.④ If "Mall" amend the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial surface of the mall from 7 days before the date of application. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the user, the notice shall be made with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, "Mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for users to understand." If "Mall" amends the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the terms and conditions before the amendment shall be applied. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends a message to "Mall" within the notice period of the amendment under paragraph (3) and receives the consent of "Mall", the amendment clause applies.이 The matters not prescribed in this Agreement and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Fair Trade Commission's e-commerce regulations.Article 4 (Provide and Change Services) " "Mall" performs the following tasks: 1. Providing information on goods or services and entering into a purchase contract 2. Shipping of goods or services with a purchase contract 3. Other duties prescribed by "mall" 2. "mall" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided by a contract in the future. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery are specified and immediately announced where the current goods or services are posted.③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the "Mall" are changed due to the lack of goods or technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user at the address where the user can be notified.전 In the case of the previous paragraph, the "mall" shall compensate for the damage caused by the user. However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.Article 5 (Discontinuation of Service) (1) "Mall" shall be inspected for repair of information and communication facilities such as computers.In the event of a replacement, failure, or loss of communication, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended.② "Mall" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the provision of services for the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.③ If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, "Mall" shall notify the user by the method prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally set forth in "Mall". However, if the "mall" does not notify the standard of compensation, the users' mileage or reserves shall be paid to the users in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the "mall".Article 6 (Membership)① The user applies for membership by filling out the membership information in accordance with the subscription form prescribed by "Mall" and expressing his intention to agree to this agreement.② "Mall" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following among users who have applied to join as a member as specified in paragraph (1): 1. Where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except where he/she has obtained approval for re-entry into the membership of "Mall" three years after the loss of membership under Article 7 (3). 2. If there is a false entry, omission, or error in the registration, 3. If it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly affected by the technology of "Mall", the time of establishment of the membership contract shall be when the consent of "Mall" reaches the member.④ If there is a change in the registration details of a member, the member shall notify the "Mall" within a considerable period of time by modifying the member information.Article 7 (Membership withdrawal, loss of qualification, etc.) (1) A member may request withdrawal at any time from the "Mall", and the "Mall" shall immediately process the withdrawal of membership.② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "Mall" may restrict and suspend his/her membership: 1. When registering false information at the time of subscription, 2. If members do not pay for goods purchased using "mall" or other "mall" on a due date. 3. If they threaten the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of "mall" or stealing information, they are prohibited."Mall" may lose its membership if the same action is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after suspension." If a "mall" loses its membership, the membership registration is cancelled. In such cases, the member shall be notified and the member shall be given an opportunity to explain for at least 30 days before the member registration is revoked.Article 8 (Notification of Members) (1) Where the "Mall" gives notice of a member, the member may make an agreement with the "Mall" in advance with the e-mail address designated by the member.② "Mall" may be substituted for individual notifications by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for at least one week in case of notification of many unspecified members. However, individual notification shall be given to matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction.Article 9 (Application for Purchase) " A user of "Mall" shall file an application for purchase on the "Mall" in the following or similar ways, and the "Mall" shall provide the following information easily when a user applies for purchase: 1. Search and select goods, etc. 2. Enter the recipient's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc. 3. Details of the terms and conditions, services where withdrawal of subscription is restricted, and shipping charges.Confirmation of installation costs, etc. 4. Agree with this agreement and 3. Marks (e.g., mouse click) 5. Consent to purchase goods, etc. and confirmation of "mall" 6. Select payment method. If "mall" needs to provide or entrust buyer's personal information to a third party. In such cases, "Mall" shall specify the items of personal information provided, the purpose of use of personal information by the recipient, the period of use, etc. to the buyer. However, if there is a different provision in the relevant statutes, such as the entrustment of personal information processing under Article 25 (1) of the Information and Communication Network Use Promotion and Information Protection Act, it shall apply.③ "If a mall user purchases more than the following standards, "Mall" will be changed to a bulk purchase. In case of falsehood, omission or error in the application. 2. In case a minor purchases goods or services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol. 3. In case it is deemed that consent to other purchase applications is significantly affected by "mall" technology.
